Huh, that does sound really good. I guess in some ways oxbridge does something similar with 1-2 supervisions/tutorials, but the video thing is probably a lot more efficient use of time.

Probably easier for the student too, who can practice, and do a few takes, rather than having to do it "live".

And good practice in the long run.

(Oh, as a note, I'd rather have comments on DW than LJ. So if you _can_ leave comments there, that'd be great. If it's blocked from your work, then carry on as you are.)

Yeah, one thing that stood out was trying, realising what you didn't understand, reading and thinking it through again, then trying again, before actually interacting with the lecturer.

Oh, and sure; I've been trying to default to DW anyway, but haven't always remembered, I'm happy to try to make the switch permanent.
