If there is one thing Who fandom has taught me it is that there is always a point when it comes to debating Doctor Who. :)

There is no point arguing about Moffat’s Who anymore.

So we’re going to settle this the Chicago way.

I do hope you're not going to bring a sonic screwdriver to a tissue compression eliminator fight.

I did have to go and look up what The Master's weapon was called.

Clearly I am not a True Fan.

IIRC the TWOP Who forums needed to be exorcised following a totally unquenchable flame war over the merits of The Girl In The Fireplace.

It kicked off massively over the fact that the Doctor abandoned Rose (and Mickey, but that didn't matter because Mickey wasn't his Twu Wuv) on a deserted spaceship to rescue some floozy he'd only just met.

To be fair to the Doctor, I'd totally ditch Rose for some floozy. I'd ditch her even without a floozy.

Every US President in the past quarter century has gone on TV to tell the nation that he has decided to bomb Iraq.

Should we feel grateful that it's now narrowed down to specific subdivisions of splinter groups within Iraq. I mean at this rate of progress, within 20 years or so, they'll just be bombing a single Iraqi guy.
