But is a armored car or simply a wheeled APC (named now " infantry mobility vehicle" or "Protected Multipurpose Vehicle", with "Mine-Resistant Ambush Protected" ability) ?

Seriously, I have problems with the developpment period and the introduction of the Leopard II in the German Bundeswehr. In fact, because of my personal military experience, I don't always agree with the dates given in most of the books about Leopard (even in Werner Oswald's ones).
