I joined up at Curves almost a month ago. I have been going with two friends three times a week. The scale has not budged, nor are my clothes any looser (it’s been three weeks, I'm not surprised) however, I am just loving this newfound energy

I know how hard it is and I hope it all works out for you.
Yes, goals are very important. They help you focus on the task at hand. Just remember to set reasonable goals and take one day at a time.

I found and like sparkpeople.com. It's free, there are a lot of recipes, forums etc. etc. and you can track your food and exercise to help keep you accountable! You can put in Moxie! as who referred you ;)
