If you follow me on twitter or fb you may already know that I broke my right arm last Saturday. A number of people have been requesting the greater than 140 characters explanation so...
A friend and I were picking up bales of straw for the garden - we know someone who'll do the old fashioned small bales that can be moved by hand if we order them

Sympathies on the broken bone. Alas, you have done what you can - and turned it into an interesting story.

But on the coldsore front, if your dentist has a laser for treating gums and stuff, it can also be used to zap the coldsore. Still leaves a scab and takes a while to heal, but no nasty little oozing bumps. One off my favourite off-label uses of a YAG laser...

I like Valtrex -- valacyclovir, I think it is for the generic -- but acyclovir is pretty decent itself. Kills Cold Sore Virus dead! Rar.
