*laughs at sooo much of this* Unfortunately for me, the good-bye was Saturday night after the Cultus Ferox concert. I would have LOVED LOVED LOVED to have been there for the panel of the three of you, but, um, you got a chance to hang out with other people? >.>

It was a fun fun con with unexpected nice surprises!

Yeah, I when I thought about it, I remembered it was dark and so had to have been Saturday night. We missed you on Sunday!

Aww! I was missing you, too! Next time, I'll know and I'll somehow plan the traveling so I don't have to miss anything.

Sounds like a great time! How were the shoes? I've loved mine!

OMG, the shoes saved my life! I was standing for 90 minutes on Saturday and they were great. Unfortunately, I had my boots on with the skirt and they damn near killed me.

Sounds like you had a great time. I love Frankfurt and have eaten near the place you mentioned in the old town.

Hooray! Looks like a fabulous trip indeed. ::drools all over architecture in a most unseemly manner::

I have a lot of photos of non-contextual bits of architecture. Oh look! A stone rosette! Hey, a spiral staircase! OMG, a door into a secret garden! Stone saints, tombstones, carved doors...

I do a LOT of that. And then come home and wonder where the hell they belong!

I actually found a pack of pictures a while back from the summer I was 9, when we drove through Scotland, stayed at campsites, and visited what seemed to be every single castle and stately home on the National Trust list in two weeks. Sure enough? Lots of non-contextual bits of architecture, gardens, whatever. Nice to know I'm consistent, I guess?
