Planned on writing the actual landing and getting settled portion of their vacation. But really, after rewriting the opening five times, I gave up and just started when I think the vacation honestly starts. Waking up on a paradise of a planet in the future equivalent of a beach bungalow, naked. Cause that's just how Gabe rolls. No art for this one

I really love how you open these scene just painting a moment of perfect peace. Given what little history we know of Gabriel its clear she could use a bit of a rest. I love too that she has a cat!!! Great name for him too! <3

The tabby is probably my favorite member of the crew, hands down. (Not really, but he is a pretty awesome pet. Better than a space hamster or dead fish.) I thought it was a good pet since a dog takes a lot of work, but a cat doesn't, and it's still loveable. It gave her something to cuddle at night before she and Okeen finally stopped dancing around each other.

I'm hoping that I'm showing the guy right through. He's already a vigilante, so I want to make sure he is his own solid character so I don't get the "oh it's just a Garrus clone" remarks.

Anyway, I'm working on what's going on in the background. It'll introduce some of the crew that've been mentioned, and a couple that haven't. Just working out how they speak and act and all that. Also doodling. Cause I have that kind of time.
