Tonight was the second night i worked on heavy fighting after a few years of not. 2 weeks ago rob worked with me this week dolph worked with me a bit and then i fought with people there. We had a fighter tonight at practice from Ansteorra, Sebastian he is a white scarf it was fun to have a new fighter around to fight and he was a good work out definitely died alot but talked to him after and was happy with what he had to say about my fighting
