I've never written Peeta/Gale before (or either Peeta or Gale individually, actually) so I was still trying to get a handle on their characters. Gale/Peeta isn't even my ship, but this was absolutely fascinating. Their dynamic here is superb, and I love the way you can feel Katniss in everything they do. Wonderful. This stands perfectly on its own, but if you ever wrote more I would be thrilled to read it. Have to say, I'm especially curious to see how the boys would handle Coin. Amazing, amazing work. Kudos.
