hey......do what you do best....make sure you have a notebook or something and just sit there and write. Write a poem, a story, or just write down your feelings. Getting them out of your head helps Mike. When I get depressed or sad or upset or angry I do it. I have a notebook next to the bed and when I have feelings I want to get out I write them down. That way you dont forget about them, persay, you just get them out of your head so that you can look back on them. Write down your feelings and why you feel that way and what you can or will do about it. It helps Mike. You have my cell # also if you just wanna b*tch to someone about it. I'll listen. That's what family's for.
