Hope everybody had a good weekend.

It was date night on Saturday. Alex was with the grandparents again, so the wife and I went up to San Francisco. We were still sick so we really didn't do much other than walk around the financial district and went to dinner. We went to a swanky little place called Gitane. (Your userpic looks almost Steampunkish. I state that because I went to con this weekend with a Steampunk group that was serving tea in the con suite) It's cool to find a place that provides good tea.

Steampunk is kind of cool I have to admit. I'm not a big fan of alternative history but dressing up in Victorian outfits and tinkering with steam-powered machines is kind of cool.

MIL is all better. 4 benedryls did the trick.

I am not here much anymore and am not sure how things work these days..but..when I clicked on the link that I thought would show me ALL of my friends' entries... I can only see YOURS. I can still see people on my list...so not everubody has dropped me..so it is probably some sort of glitch...but jeez..the stress of being my only visible friend must be crushing for you---ALL THAT PRESSURE! HA HA HA HA HA

I hope Alex has a good day back at school. I am giving up coffee in favor of tea AGAIN tomorrow.. so I shall try and contemplate its wine-like complexity while I cure it for not being coffee. :)
