I can't shouldn't complain, but still, being able to travel is a luxury I can't afford right now. So I shall have to do so vicariously through my LJ friends who literally live all around the world :)
By the by, what I did on my summer vacation? Drove the crack_van. You might want to check out this entry... ;-)
I'm driving a compact car in a world of SUVs who flash their lights at you when they want you to move out of their lane. Lol, that happens here, too, although it's usually BMW drivers doing the flashing *g*
I'm liking the new season of SPN too. I like it when my boys are working together :)
I've been regularly checking your blog for activity but how can you cyperstalk someone who won't stay home... Erm, that didn't come out right.
It does sound like your summer has been the right sort of busy and I know what you mean about retiring to France only I'd like to do that in London, please and thank you. *g*
MG has never been to Paris so I'm hoping to fix that in the relatively near future.
Yeah, the blog is also sorely behind. I keep thinking I'll have time to update and the next thing you know I get sidetracked again.
Paris is just so stupidly beautiful. It had been nearly 20 years since I'd been there last, so it was like I was seeing it for the first time. And it was so freakin' gorgeous weather-wise--sunny and in the mid-70's. I love London as well, mind, so maybe I can make that my big summer trip next year.
Hope you've been well and staying (mostly) out of trouble.
Or if you were bad, that you didn't get caught. ;-)
*cracks up* I had to seriously squint to read that last sentence. XD ANYWAY, WOO! I missed you! I always love listening to you..that sounds weird, but it's true! You're super interesting. About 95% of the posts or entries, or any kind of comment whatsoever that doesn't specifically deal with me, I'll skim, or skip parts, even a lot of fics, but YOU?! I love everything you write! WHAT a trip you had, good God! I'm jealous. XD And as always, couldn't agree more with what you said about Supernatural. I reallly REALLY love Cas/Misha, and I want him to stay forever, but you're right. His storyline is over, and him being gone, makes the show ten times more intense. The boys only have each other to rely on again, and they both need it MAJORLY! I am also loving this season! And I know about 5 people at least that signed off of the show at season 6's finale, and boy they are missing out! ;D
( ... )
Hiya! Sorry for the squinting. :-) I guess, where fonts are concerned, when LJ says "Smaller" they ain't kidding.
I'm so glad I can entertain even a little bit. I tend to write like I talk, so you can tell I'm kind of all over the place. Thanks for wading through all that stuff. It's been so long since I've been around here--I have a great deal to say. :-)
The Leviathans are terribly creepy. They kind of remind me of the Terminator. They just keep coming. Let's hope our boys stay one step ahead of them!
It seems to me your Neville is even smaller than Ollie. For the most part, Oliver loves kids, but this toddler is like a little tank. And she loves Oliver. Loves him. I think she'd stomp through fire to get to him. It's all a little much for my poor puppy.
London rules! I just happened to read an article about top ten places to retire and this one little village in the south of France made the list.

I always like to give my SAs the eyebrow and tell them "I leave no witnesses." *g*

It made me ponder. ;-)
