My Favourite Fest Fics... so far

Okay, I've been reading a number of the fest fics and I just felt the need to make note of some of the ones I've enjoyed the most.  I've enjoyed quite a few, but these ones are my faves.  (In no particular order except the 1st one)

I ♥ your gift fic too! Lucky girl. I've been chomping at the bit waiting for mine. If it doesn't get posted soon I just may implode. Thank Merlin there's been plenty of good fic to distract me from my overwhelming impatience!

Speaking of good fic, have you read the Teddy/Cedric fic (Rise from the Ashes) yet? If not go do it NOW! It's sooooo good. I am currently wishing I wasn't at work, so I could read it again. I ♥ it that much. I think it actually might have landed a spot in my fave fics of all time list!
Not that I have an actual written list, cuz I'm too lazy, but if I had one, it would be on it.

Too much writing to do to read everything I want to ... so I'm restricting myself to h/d, at least for now. I read everything under 5,000 words, then went back & read everything between 5,000 and 10,000 words ... and I think I got to 15,000 words before I had to give up, since I'm writing so much.

Will go back & I'll bookmark your post so I remember to do so.

Yes, once you've stopped writing so much, you really do have to read it. I hadn't intended to, I was just searching Smutmas for some H/D and the pairing made me do a double-take, so I was like, "okay, let's see how the author is gonna pull this one off." I totally planned to just give the first few paragraphs a quick skim, but I was hooked! Generally, I don't read the other pairings until I've tapped out all the H/D... I think that's part of why I like it so much, because it surprised me that I would.

I've thoroughly enjoyed a lot of fanfic, but it's been quite some time since one has had me so utterly enthralled. I'm DYING to know who the author is!
