Poached salmon fillet (cold), orzo/shrimp/feta/cucumber/lemon salad (cold), organic green tea with three or four neem leaves and honey for good measure, crab dip with real crab, blue corn chips no salt for dipping. Yum!

Just a quick one before I start dinner.  We've been making a lot of curries, gumbos, and stews lately. I never got a chance to talk about Christmas this year. It was one of the better ones in recent history. My sister and I dubbed it "small Christmas" and tried to get everyone on board to get small gifts. I personally love the idea, since for me a gift is only as good as thought behind it.
