Most of Momoko's Saturday had been spent eating and meeting everyone and trying really hard to get Iranon to write a ballad for her despite not being able to remember the difference between Smoke and Ember.

Smoke was totally not helpful with that, answering to his sister's name with a totally straight face for much of the day.

But today, Momoko was first and foremost looking for Leda. She had a birthday present to give her and some catching up to do!

Of course, she had been looking for some time. Why did all of her friends have big houses?!

As luck would have it, there was Leda now, giving Skiblits some quality time. The Jackalope had been getting spoiled lately what with all the kids lavishing attention and food on him. He was getting a little plump there.

"Leeedaaa! I finally found you! I totally need a map!" Momoko and her package plopped down on the floor next to her friend and "SKIBLITS?!? You've totally gotten big!"

Leda laughed. "Tell me about it. I still get lost in the palace sometimes. And it took me almost a month to learn my way around here."

Skiblits was happy to see Momoko, and gave her a well practiced gentle nuzzle with his antlers.

"Are you having a good time despite the ridiculous size of this place?"

James was ankle deep in the scavenger hunt. "Really. Hunting for snipe?"

"S'matter?" Sai smirked. "They don't have those in your world?"

[squire_hand]

"Not that I'm aware. What do they look like?" he asked.

Sai described them and the Mun decided they look like Fizzgig from Dark Crystal.

"They're kinda shy things, but the Piskies domesticated them, so they actually come when you call."
