Race Report: GW Parkway classic

Well - this should be a short report. I attempted to run the GW Parkway Classic 5K this morning, but pulled up a bit after the first mile marker due to breathing problems from pollen. Conditions at the start were 75 degrees, bright sunshine, and a pollen count of 11.5 out of a possible 12

Oooh...wow. Yeah, the pollen has been rough on me also. I've actually had to almost double-up on allergy medication just so I wasn't sneezing constantly. Sorry your race didn't go as planned but it sounds like you made the right call!
