"She's a bad girl, I know, I know," Kame says, fighting down a grimace and he waves off another smirking staff member. Two camera guys, one sound tech, all three make-up girls, and the only reason his hair stylist didn't say it was because she'd gotten distracted halfway through when one of her assistants spilled half a vat of hair gel down the back of Nakamaru's neck. Lucky for the assistant it was Nakamaru and not that diva Tegoshi, or Nakamura-san wouldn't have had the chance to rip her a new one because Tegoshi would have ripped her one so big there wouldn't have been enough skin left for another.

"So, you've seen Kuroki Meisa's new video, right?" This time it's a fricking PA who's sidled up to him, leering creepily. "Hear she's a bad girl." Kame gives up. He can't convince anyone that the joke really isn't funny any more than he could convince them that they weren't dating because, crucially, he doesn't like girls. Or at least, not in the way that's important when it comes to dating ( ... )

Maki leans close to the mirror, mouth open in a delicate 'O.' She didn't know why it worked exactly, but somehow opening her mouth seemed to help keep her eyes open steadily enough for her to apply the make up all in one go. She twirled the little black brush, then pulled it up through her lashes, mascara making them look longer and fuller. She'd already drawn the thinnest of lines on her top and bottom lids in eyeliner, so the mascara was the last step. She was going for a mostly natural look, so she skipped eye shadow entirely. No reason to overdo it, not when she was going out with Jin ( ... )
