annie: i suppose being amazing does come at a price.

so all state orchestra auditions were last saturday. We got the results yesterday. Annie, as a freshman, made 3rd chair behind two seniors in 1st and 2nd. She also beat out every single other person from her school. that's pretty cool.

i don't know. our dad has a tiny little pair of scissors--that maybe? for all i know, she thought that non-chinese fingernails didn't grow.
