i thought i'd complained about it being an asian studies conference (heavy on history and literature) and totally not of interest to me. whoops. I guess i'd just complained so much i thought i'd told you too.
oh! about deeto (because i think that didn't text you back). there's a panel from 8:30~10:30, and another from 5~7 I want to go to. Other than that I'm free all day, so. I'm still Eastern time. So i guess call me when you're done with recording?
in his defense, magnets whiping out hard drives probably never occurred to him. he's not the most techno-savvy man ever. you'd think he'd use, like, a lamp or something less expensive looking just in case though
i feel kind of bad for laughing at the time he walked into the door, but. seriously. it was hilarious. I JUST SNORTED OUT LOUD THINKING ABOUT IT AGAIN. I am a bad daughter. T_T
yeah, i figured he didn't think it would be an issue, but. the part he tried to stick the magnet to test was in fact, plastic. eventually, he tried the room heater, which was metal, and how we finally confirmed its magnet status.
jlkaflja i can't help it. i was behind him at the time, so looking forward towards him when it happened, and whenever i think about it, it's like a video replay in my head XD
he's told that story twice to me, and then once more in my presence. but it's ok. at least it's a relatively new story.

makes me think of him putting his keycard into his shirt pocket and de-magnetizing it because of his name tag thingy.

also, you choice of food is normal and nutritious. I don't see why there would be complaining.
