you can make them easily if you substitute the dough wrapping for wonton wrappers. :) it's what we do nowadays since making the dough is just a pain in the ass after a long day. :D

the recipe I have says to use wonton wrappers and spray cooking oil (to keep the wrappers from sticking to the steamer).

My friend Robin rents part of her house to a couple from Nepal, and she got the recipe from Jeny, the wife. Jeny is super happy that PAM spray was invented ;-)
