In honor of Joe's 28th birthday, we shall be having a tea party, followed by a trip to 4th street for Indian food. You are all invited, because we love you, and because someone has to buy Joe dinner ;).
When: Saturday October 21st. Tea at 3-whenever; Dinner at 7-??; Drinking afterward? TBA
Where: Tea at Castle de Jonami; Dinner at Bombay house; Drinks? TBA
You can come to whatever you want to come to, with no obligations. You out-of-towners who don't think a tea party is worth the price of a plane ticket out to Bloomington, you should begin to make your obsequious and overly-complimentary apologies to Joe beginning right NOW. Perhaps a tea care package wouldn't be out of line, hmm? Or, knowing him, he might really prefer a phone call on his birthday...
Now, who can tell my what makes a tea party a tea party besides tea, cookies, and cucumber sandwiches? Do I need to get doilies? Can we just make paper snowflakes and count those? I'm out in the deep water here...help!
