I will start collecting items for a yummy package.

I think scones using egg replacer, pirouettes and biscotti would be lovely for a tea party. I will see what I can do at making one or more of these things happen.

Wish we could be there :(

I wish you could too. But, I'll settle for well-wishing, and being bombarded with communication. :)

Yummy biscotti. :) These are good ideas. I think Joe and I are going to use all of our tea sets including the one you gave us before you left for SF. This is going to be a little over the top.

You two will be missed. :( So you should call us. Definitely.

Thanks lover. I'll start spreading the word, too.

Is this a friends-only post?

Tea parties = sugar cubes. (One lump or two?) I guess the fancy, tiny sugar tongs aren't a necessity, but if you really want to go all out . . . :-)

Yay for Joe's birthday!

Oh, I love sugar cubes. We can build forts, and then use warm tea to melt them!

Perhaps we can make crumpets shaped like trumpets.

A teaparty - how about a madhatter teaparty? I think your idea is wonderful. Crumpets are like english muffins, only better. When you cover them in butter and honey, it drips through and makes a wonderful mess you can like off your hands. ;-) If you want to go really british you can see if you can find "Lyons Golden Syrup" and use that on the crumpets. You only need a little bit because it's so sweet, but daa-y-um, it's yummy.

Wish we could be there to wish Joe a happy birthday, but we'll just say "Feliz Cumpleaños!" instead.
