I just got finished baking the lemon meringue pie for tomorrow. It looks yum, if I do say so myself, and it was easy peasy, and even the meringue came out perfectly--washed the bowl and the whisk with white vinegar, remembered the cream of tartar this time, added the sugar slowly. It's all foofy and pretty on top, with those little points of

I did get a very few beads, but they were tiny and actually sort of sparkly, which in fact made the pie look festive rather than like a damp, messy mistake...
