It's a positively balmy morning, at 56F a full 40 degrees warmer than two days ago, and drizzly. A warm front has banished both the cold and the dry air, and I have to say that, for all the gray and damp, it's a bit of a relief to be released from the bitter cold and bluster.

And as the sky began to lighten...

Those photos look like they were taken through a filter, but that was the exact color of the sky.

They are wonderful and I love seeing that sort of photo.

I'm glad in a way that I moved to Colorado... I get the seasons, the little changes that happen that make each afternoon a little adventure when we head out for lunch.

I miss some friends in CA.. Like Snobahr and Chronovius, but not enough to stay there.
