Otherwise I'm going to be flat hunting. And I have a flat and don't want to move. Moving is a hassle; somebody else should do it so I don't have to.

In order to keep my current flat, I'm going to need someone else to move in this summer when lord_sandwich moves out.

So, is anyone interested in living in Leytonstone, NE London? Double room in a 2 bedroom flat, 5 minutes walk from Leytonstone station on the Central Line (Zone 3/4). Rent currently £400 a month + bills.
