Wow!

I really, really loved this! You did such a fantastic job with River's thoughts and I really loved all the references you made. Everything sounded amazingly in character, and I really, really love how Jayne was the only one to notice River's fascination with him. And I love that he was able to lead her on without her knowing.

This was absolutely wonderful. I really, really loved reading this!

Oh, thank you so much! Wow - how flattering. Hee. I had a lot of fun with River's thoughts. I was worried that it wouldn't be in character because, to be honest, I wrote her sort of using my own thought processes as a base. Heh.

I figured that River would be clever enough to hide her crush for a fairly long while, but Jayne was observant enough to notice that she was paying him more attention than usual.

I am so very glad you liked it; I feel all warm and squiggly. Hee.

That was PHENOMENAL. I felt like I was lost in River's head the entire time I read this.

I think I got all the references and what amazed me is that (in other people's fics) an oddly segued comment can jar me out of the fantasy...but somehow, even when my brain went off thinking about YOUR tangents, it never left the fic. Just...brilliant.

Thank you so much; I'm honored! I enjoy writing River, not only because it's an excuse to pull out the stream-of-consciousness gun barrels, but also because I can sort of write near the wacked-out way I actually think.

Cohesiveness was something I was really conscious of throughout, so I'm very glad everything worked together. I'm fairly proud of this, and it's so good to know that the pride is warranted.

This is amazing. Writing from River's POV is challenging, at least imo, but you're spot on. I would love to see a continuation. :)

Oh, thanks so much! I took a chance, but I'm so glad that it worked out! (Though actually, writing River isn't too, too hard for me because I can base it on my own crazy, wacked-out brain process. Heh.)

I might continue... Thinking of doing something about sneaking around behind the others' backs. Or maybe Jayne just needs some "crazy liquid bendy sexin". *cackles*

Oh wow, thank you so much! What an awesome compliment; I am very flattered. I wasn't sure how to write Jayne's interaction with her - but I figured he'd probably realize that the surface of her words was pretty much the gist of it. Heh.

Oh, and I DEFINITELY take requests. I love, love, love them - I have trouble solidifying ideas, so a lot of times I enjoy having parameters. I get all excited when I have something to start with. I had a good idea continuing with the electron theme, but... never did anything with it.

But yes! Your request is officially... officialized! Hee. So I shall start on something very soon. :D
