So! I haven't decided if I'm going to have one chapter per song or what. I may separate "Don't Do Sadness" and "Blue Wind" and I may put the two reprises with their, erm, first part of that song/song with the same title/whatever. Also, I need a title for this. I was going to call it "Awakening", but I saw another story with that title so I need a better, more original one. Yeah. This will get done by the end of the year, but I have no clue how soon!
Brief Summary: Well, it's a post-BDM Rayne get-together fic. A little more angsty than what I usually write, but I wanted to do one of those epic-type fics. I could have done an AU version before and through the BDM, but that's been done very well before and I don't think I could quite compete. Heh. Each chapter will obviously be based on its song, so the little play-list above should give some insight into what it's about (just some, not a lot I realize). The beginning is about picking up the pieces - River becoming a bit more independent and comfortable with her altered brain. Then it leads into River and Jayne becoming closer, him fighting it probably, but with a happy ending - because I just can't write sad endings. Heh.
