I am knitting a mystery shawl (you get a clue every week) and it's lace and involves what will eventually be 3000+ seed beads and it's difficult but fun and it's making me a bitch to my family.  It seems silly to have a hobby that alienates my family.  My intention is to work on the crazy-making stuff when I'm alone or they're asleep or something

"I think you should continue "being a bitch" until you no longer have to sneak your hobby in after everyone has gone to bed. You shouldn't have to act like a teenager smoking pot in the back toolshed in order to get some time to yourself

It should be noted that John felt bad about all the interruptions her and the kids gave me last night...

I can only speculate that this isn't a Freudian slip but a mere typo of some kind. :-P
