On AO3 I have 34 fics, one of which is in progress (Only Truth) and one of which (MtS) will likely not be finished, especially now that "The Search" for Zuko's mother will be published soon and Azula will be part of that. A good chunk of those are 500 words or less, so it's not that impressive.

SO MANY I CHOOSE NOT TO COUNT THEM. Lots of attempts at long and complex stories, but I don't have a beta for the Avatar-verse, and I have trouble writing that kind of thing in isolation.
And a growing number of stories that, to borrow your phrase, aren't going to be interesting or thought-provoking. (Occasionally I end up finishing and posting them anyway, and readers either find something worthwhile that I didn't expect, or they're at least forgiving of my self-indulgence.)
Oh, and there's one fic that's on hold until such a time as I can learn archery (...September! With luck!) because I'm having trouble getting my brain around certain physical skills, but the fic really lacks something without that detail.

Btw, Lizabee what are your archery questions. I'm no expert but I've recently retaken up ther bow myself, so perhaps I can help. (Can I also just say how jealous I am that you seem to have gotten your hands on an advanced copy of Captain Vorpatril's Alliance.)
