Summary: About a week after the events of “Lebanon” in mid-season 14, Sam and Dean wake up in the car with no memory of how they got there. They quickly figure out that they’ve been transported to an alternate universe where there appears to be nothing supernatural and nothing to hunt. They also quickly figure out that they’re not, technically, brothers. As they road-trip around the desolate landscape of this new plague-ridden world, AUSam and Dean compare memories from their pasts, paying homage to bygone hunts as they go. Eventually, they come to accept that they may never go home again, but maybe they can see their way to building a new future, one based on trust and honesty about their feelings for each other.
