- Textures, brushes, text and other effects are welcome.
- Only one participant may submit up to one icon.
- All icons are due on August 31, 2007 at 9:00  PM EST.
- Byes are allowed the fourth round.

okay, so I know you said you weren't going to do a 3rd cycle, but would you please post a sign up entry, and maybe say if we don't get 10 entrants then we won't do the challenge? that way, the members here can promote a lot and stuff, and at least have the chance to keep this place alive.

I know maytel and utrose_graphics both maintain/ moderate evanescence icon communities, and I know a bunch of good ones, so it's worth trying. please?

No problem, it makes me beam to see you so interested. There's only one more thing though, I would have to have a co-mod. I'll post an advertisement here and in another community.
