Rules
- You may only use the images provided.
- Blending of the images is not allowed.
- Animation is prohibited.
- Textures, brushes, text and other effects are welcome.
- Only one participant may submit up to one icon.
- All icons are due on August 31, 2007 at 9:00 PM EST.
- Byes are allowed the fourth round.
(Hint : If you want to get a mod's choice, be creative! I love creativity!)
