Coriander and I bought a woodcut today. Also, this is nothing like recruiting at a job fair in DC. I don't think too many of the people here would enjoy living and working in the District.

The Shakespeare Theatre Company has been performing Julius Caesar and Antony and Cleopatra in repertory for the past several months. The same actors perform the same characters where applicable (Marc Antony, Octavius, Lepidus, etc.), and actors killed in one play perform ensemble or minor characters in the other ( Read more... )

I must be in a punchy mood. I had to stop listening to a history of the battle of Salamis because Microsoft Reader kept pronouncing it "sal-aw-mees".

I kept picturing a bunch of guys in battle skirts, with bronze greaves and shields, fencing with large sticks of meat in an Italian butcher shop.
