How to get knots out of your back (for best to worst):

1: Hire me to give you a massage. I have both chair and table. Depending on where the knot is, one would be better than the other. ;-)

2:Soak in a hot tub, one that has hard jets you can aim right at your knot.

3: Long hot shower with water pounding on the tight areas.
3: Massage it yourself.

4: Take a hot bath.
