Never Could Get the Hang of Thursdays

All right, so I had some idea that this would be in coherent and linked paragraphs, but I wrote the draft for this yesterday and all I have sitting on my desk is a list of bullets and I can't for the life of me figure out their relation to each other except that I thought of them. So bear with me if this appears somewhat disjointed.

Psh. I've heard those conversations outside of my bedroom door on occasion, too. Not anymore, thankfully... but...

...now I'm getting all nostalgic about being away from home. Dammit!

Sagan is pretty much the only name it COULD have. Just to be fair.

Apparently they named it "Gloaming." Pfft. There logic dictates that since the habitable area is in constant twilight they should name it related to that theme. Sounds stupid to me and I refuse to colonize such a planet. I shall go forth and find my own Sagan! And there shall be many Doctor Who DVDS and noodles!

Oh! I'll join your landing crew! (as long as I don't have to wear a red sweater.)

Would it be creepy of me to say that I love it every time you post? Probably. But, there it is.

Have some incoherent responses to the post: That tea sounds awesome, "Lolita" is a rather high-ranking book in my all-time faves, I hate when project partners can't get their shit together, I think I would MURDER people if I were in a Model UN, Trans Siberian Orchestra would be amazing, hope you get to go!!

Everything you exclaimed about that ad for the fall/winter, I agree so much :DDD I'm stoked. Rather expecially for "Christopher and His Kind" but I might have skewed priorities because so many of those coming things looked awesome.

HABITABLE PLANET!! That is the coolest news. Ever.

(because, let's face it, the whole comment is creepy. sigh)

No because I get the same from yours! Despite the numerous "friends" you and surreallifehero's journals are the only ones I indepth read(comment-spam) apart from comms. I think it's just the niceness of people who use blogs as occasional places just to let minds wander and facillitate topic discussion about life rather than all fandom or one sentence reactions. The effort we give is reciprocated thus strengthening the blossoming friendship ( ... )

D'awww. I'll continue to read and comment, then! And thanks for your comments, too :)

I am stoked for you for that concert! They kinda make up the bulk of my Christmas playlist when the time of year comes for that :P

I definitely noted the name of Song of Lunch in the ad, as wel as David Tennant's Single Father.

Sadly, the Model UN sounds rather a lot like the real one...
