Apricot, Pear, and Cranberry Tart

I thought I ahd typed this in once before, but none of the likely spots have it,a nd Google isn't finding it either.  It's from Woman's Day magazine, 12/15/1998.

Filling:
2 T + 1 T sugar
1 T lemon juice
4 tsp cornstarch
2 lb ripe fresh pears, soft types such as bartlett or d'Anjou (3 large pears might be enough)
3/4 cup thinly-sliced dried apricots

This sounds yummy! I may have to try this next time I have a gathering to take a dessert to (somehow I don't think Mark will eat this, and I probably *shouldn't* eat the whole thing myself...)
