Hi there, geez that is quite the ambitious scarf. I think that the airlines have banned knitting needles as well, you may want to check before hand... Sorry to hear you ma was in surgery, I hope all goes well. Invitrogen ( just about every company) will try to market their "latest and greatest kit" as time saving, then tell you it takes twice as long as advertised to get the maximum effiency. No exactly a felony but kinda dodgy none the less. Take care, -J
nah, i've flown with knitting needles lots of times - just have to make sure they're bamboo and not aluminum...apparently wood is not as scary as metal (or something).
