Ingredients
1/2c quinoa
1c water
1/2 t. cinnamon
pinch sea salt
1/2c low-fat milk or unsweetened soy milk
1 apple, diced
1/2 c blueberries or sliced strawberries
1/8c chopped pecans or walnuts
agave or maple syrup (optional)
Directions
Add quinoa, water, cinnamon & salt to small pot and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 15 minutes
