Weirdly enough, I have fewer problems with this (pre-mortem permission is permission, no?) than I do with artists who use their "edgy" cred to basically exploit living actors into gussied-up versions of porn.
If it's porn, let it be porn and don't try to pretend it's art; actors desperate to make their names will alays be vulnerable to this sort of thing. (Which is to say that I have no objections to porn per se.)
But when you're done with your body, or rather, when the bodies are done with their animators, that actually provides the proper sort of distance, for me, anyway, for the sorts of questions this exhibit brings up to be asked. There are, of course, many easier ways to do it, like through painting, literature, sculpture, and so forth.
