Moral Dilemmas?
The latest exhibition by Gunther Von Hagens, the "plastination" guy has been perfectly described, IMHO, as "zombies having sex"..
Supposedly, he even got permissions from the people who donated their bodies to pose them in sexually explicit positiions, but the exhibit is still being banned in numerous places.

I am against banning of art or literature on the basis of moral objections....but at the same time, I can't help but think that there is something inappropriate about posing two people together having sex, if they are not people who would ever had or would have ever chosen to have sex togeter in life... otherwise it would be okay :P
As is often the case, the parts that bother me are not the parts that bother others. I guess this is just another moral quandry I have to resolve on my own, since it's based on highly individual ethics.
