Motorbike and more on the divorce

Well in just a fewshort minutes we're setting off on the great motorcyle buying expidition. I found a bike on ebay and after negotiations as long as it meets the info given on it and when my friend test rides it for me........... it will become mie. Good luck for the court hearing. Sorry I can't be there in person but I'll be there in spirit cheering you on and booing the evil one... (good thing I'm not going to be there in person - I'm not sure that sort of thing is allowed... :) )

I'm sure you'll go fine - and it will hopefully be an end to the whole thing for you.

I still think you should have arranged a "small accident" for him several months back. Does it make much difference if you are divorced or widowed (apart from getting more money the widow way)

I stopped being able to get more money the widowed way the day he decided to divorce me. He made a will leaving evrything to someone else. I probably might have been able to cantest it a year or so ago but not now. So hmm it makes no difference as long as you decide to do it in time for me to have a certificate one way or the toher to show the vicar. Decree Absolute or a death one. Not piky which it is any more. Hey I guess though as you've posted this on open computer medium I'd better stick with hoping the judicial system isn't an arse yet again.
