Motorbike and more on the divorce
Well in just a fewshort minutes we're setting off on the great motorcyle buying expidition. I found a bike on ebay and after negotiations as long as it meets the info given on it and when my friend test rides it for me........... it will become mie. Ok I've got to wait just over a month till I can ride it but I don't mind. I've found a garage to store it in till then.
Its red shiney and I'm realy looking forward to it. More deatils once we get back from Suffolk with it.
As to the divorce well its still not settled. Iknow very short of time now. Well my solicitor applied for the Decree Absolute. I was told at that point that it might involve a court hereing. The court sent a letter asking for details that as it was over a year from the Decree Nisi would I state that I'd not been reconciled with Dom (no way ever!) and that no children had benn born to the pair of us. This my solicitor wrote I signed and we waited hopefully. It is not to be that simple. A court hereing has been requested for 10am on the 18th of April. If things go well I should be able to get my decree that day. It is not known how it will go so plans may yet have to change to accomodate this problem. I'm represnting myself as my legal aid does not cover my solicitor going to court and the date is before my solicitor comes back from Easter break. I'm dreading this day as I said I hoped never to have to go in a court room again after being the defendant at a trial.
So anyone who can make it along please message me here as I could do with as much moral support as possible.
