Incidentally, I have one of the old, fat, durable ones -- the 20 GB ones that are like twice the girth of the new ones and have the good batteries. It's second gen I think -- b/c I am such an early adopter that I HAD to have one in 2003 (I probably would have bought one sooner but I had to wait until I got a job after the Dot Bomb happened in '01).
