This one is a sheep dog jumping over a hurdle for a dog competition. The dog looks like a mop with his fur splayed every which way. He also looks like one of those car wash brushes.

This photo is from the BBC website. Apparently in Rome, they recently had a festival commemorating the anniversary of the founding of the city, so people were in gladiator costumes.
