Ever considered this marketing ploy?

Somehow this reminds me of the economic stimulus payments that the IRS has been mailing out in the hopes that we will spend our money instead of saving it in the bank.

I was driving to a doctor's appointment today and was stopped at a red light, when I saw a pigeon crossing the street alongside a couple of pedestrians. The people didn't see the little bird, but he made his way slowly, walking across the street on the zebra lines.
