I hate debt, but a mortgage is good debt. You learn to live with it. It becomes just another payment, like rent. Only not rent. Rent plus. Plus because you get tax advantages.

Again, Good Debt. Just-- I get it and yet-- DUDE. That's like-- Good bleeding. It FEELS WRONG. Also, I'm not just paying the mortgage, but the maintenance, trials and tribulations of a co-op. Though, I think all together it's still cheaper than if I were to rent a similar space.
