It is a controlled substance, the DEA doesn't like it when that gets transferred, hell, I'm not sure you can even switch pharmacies easily with it.

Yes, I know way too much useless information.

Yeah, unfortunately I'm not even using the pharmacy I'll be using when I move. Currently I only have two scrips to worry about though.

Good. Very Good.

Still, if you can find the time, you might get with the pharmacy and see if they can help you with were to get info on were you're moving even if they can't tell you the exact laws????

Hm...

Tell me which state it is and I'll look it up, ok?

Nono. Am currently in NYS. Only one controlled substance was written out of state. The other was just filled at another branch of the same pharamcy so I bet, not as a big a deal. It's just currently I'm using the most convenient branch for my temporary domicile. My NEW pharmacy branch will be down the block from my new place. \o/

Been there. Done something sort of like that. I'm on Effexor XR which has crazy evil with drawl effects. Best of luck??? Ask help at your local pharmacy, they might have advice?

It's the controlled substances that are the problem, between the DEA and the various state regulations it's a bitch.

Yeah. I've got an appt on the 6th which will leave me close on pills, but I am 99% sure, even if new doc wants to change drugs, that he'll write me enough to walk me down to zero safely. I can also walk down to 1mg on my own(from 1.5) a day which isn't a huge dose at all. I had not intended to use it every day at ALL. And THEN the move happened. And anxiety when OMG HIIIIIGH.

Yay for more backseat room! I miss the size of old cars so much. I still park with more room in front because my brain still hasn't entirely processed (ten years later!) that the Civic has a much shorter front than my Mercury Topaz did.

Also, I miss chrome and especially bumpers. Bumpers are vestigial and painted these days, which mean mine looked scratched and rubbed to crap from all the parallel parking going on around them.
