OH. ALSO. HELEN FUCKING MIRREN. BITCH GETS SHIT DONE. She needs to do all voiceovers from now until the end of eternity. Or jsut the one narrating my life. Whatever. I'm not picky.
I absolutely agree with ALL of this...I have no words for how much I hate Finchel and Will/Emma. I am beginning to wonder if the writers of this show are on something, seriously! I can't even imagine why I still watch it, other than the fact that I love Dianna, Lea and Naya. It's too bad their talent is wasted on this awfulness.
oh! and also, if I hear one more of the actors on this show say how "brilliant" Ryan Murphy is and how much they love him, I might have to punch something. Granted, I have never met him but he gives off this smarmy vibe and obviously likes to destroy anything good in his characters, but it is a very popular show so I guess he is having the last laugh. Although, it makes me want to cry for the next generation if this is the kind of crap they think is good.
I agree, as always. Also, tumblr scares me and I never use it.
>7. We were supposed to take those flashes during the girls' song as being first times seeing their boyfriend/girlfriend?
Couldn't have been, because we also saw the Tina/Mike-rolling-around-on-a-picnic-blanket scene that we saw when Tina was describing their first time having sex.
So I'd say it could've been the first time they had sex or the first time they did as girlfriends or any number of scenarios.
Also, as much as I criticize Glee and Ryan Murphy, I actually love, love, LOVED that the four girls each had their scene in the middle of that song and Santana's was totally about a girl, without fanfare. That moment warmed my little heart.
To your last point, I hope that the Yes/No title of the episode is foreshadowing how Emma says Yes but Rachel says No...... Well, we can hope. And teenagers are dumb. That is all.
Glee definitely still does some things right, like that scene. It's probably the only reason I still watch the damn show. I sit down telling myself that if it makes me rage tonight I'm going to quit, but then it makes me rage AND it does something good like that. a;dgha;jg so frustrating.
If Rachel says no I will beat a child with my recently recovered crutches. Brutally.
Tumblr isn't bad if you studiously avoid all things Glee. Which I do. It's like a game at this point. How close can I get without it actually touching my dashboard? CHALLENGE ACCEPTED, TUMBLR.
