If that were me I'd be dying for more protein. Also important to remember that the first week on a radical portion-control change is the toughest. It takes a while for the stomach to shrink in size, and longer for the brain to understand how much food is "enough".

Today I just gave in and got food till I was satisfied--bean soup YUM!
And I've made my nut mix now, so that was part of my morning with the yogurt drink. I've just got to exercise tomorrow since I didn't today.
...but I'm 1/3 through my R&J tests in terms of grading...

A glass of Kool-aid has 60 calories. ;) The nut mix is a good addition.
Bean soup sounds good right about now, considering the snow outside.
