I ate very reasonably today--yogurt drink for breakfast, salad and apple for lunch....then I got home.
I had a 2-egg omelette with cheese and fresh steamed spinach for my after-school snack.
Then I had leftover mashed potatoes, carrots, and chicken for dinner.
Now I WANT FOOD--LOTS OF FOODFOODFOOD!
I mean...what's up with that? And does anyone have an idea of how to feel *full*?
